We will provide suggestions on changes and compare with bestsellers in your genre as well as provide examples.

- We will go through your retail pages and give an overall assessment. Included in this is an in-depth assessment of one book on Amazon and a comparison to bestselling books in the genre when it comes to cover and blurb. We will also analyze the categories for that book and give suggestions of new/additional ones. 

-We will check how the backmatter in your books look and give suggestions to optimize it to increase read-through.

PA-services

Perfect if you have a mix of various tasks you need help with on a weekly or monthly basis!

Our PA-service is our most extensive package and is not limited to one specific task and instead we can help you with various things throughout the month depending on what you need at the time.

Examples of things we can do:

- Coaching: we can be sounding board and give advice on different aspects when it comes to selling your books and reaching new readers.

- Research: we can research everything from genre trends, book material, categories, cover designer/editors, keywords, and more.

- Admin work: we can do various admin work such as website updates, uploading books to retailers, updating goodreads, and more.

- Scheduling promotions: we can find promotions suiting for your books and schedule them. We can also apply for Bookbub deals for you.

- Social media: manage your social media pages and groups. 

- Newsletters & swaps: create newsletters and arrange swaps and promotions. 

- Review and ARCs: manage sending reviews and ARC copies as well as manage review team.

- Giveaways: create and arrange giveaways.

- Ads: We can assist you with ads on Facebook, Amazon and Bookbub.

Social Media Management

We have a few various packages when it comes to social media management where we will help run your pages or groups.

Social media management for Facebook & Instagram - $399/month:

With this package we will create posts (images+text) for your social media pages and post on average 5 times/week. This is very flexible and we can together come up with a posting plan or you can provide a list of books/sales you want highlighted each week.

(*Purchasing stock-images is not included in this price but finding stock-images is included.)

Light Social media management for Facebook & Instagram - $249/month:

With this package we will create posts (images+text) for your social media pages and post on average 3 times/week. This is very flexible and we can together come up with a posting plan or you can provide a list of books/sales you want highlighted each week.

Facebook group management - $249:

With this package we will post interactive posts in your Facebook group on average 5-7 days/week, manage and keep track of a takeover schedule if you have visiting authors, interact with readers in comments and handle member and post approval.

Tiktok is a growing platform in the book community and a great way for authors to reach readers. This is a new service we provide and with it we can help you create a Tiktok presence and create videos for you. Research Package

Perfect if you need research about any topic, for example information for a book or genre trends.

With our research package we can gather information on various topics, both for stories and marketing, such as:

- Facts, information and details needed for your book.

- Research current trends in your genre, such as covers, tropes, blurbs, categories on retailers.

- Research current trends on social media and provide examples of what authors in your genre do on the various platforms.

​- Find a cover artist or editor that will fit your book.

With this package we will research the information you’re looking for and include sources and examples.

Newsletter Package

Perfect if you need to get your newsletter set up or help creating your newsletters.

When it comes to newsletters we offer a variety of services, both setting up an account, sign-up forms, landing pages and automation sequences, as well as creating and sending your monthly or weekly newsletters .​ The platform we use the most is Mailerlite but if you have another one you prefer we might still be able to help you so please contact us for an assessment.

Complete set-up package Mailerlite - $179:

- 1 sign-up form for website

- 2 groups

- 1 landing page

- 1 automated sequence containing up to 3 newsletters

(We will design these letters but you will need to provide the text + images you want us to use. If you want use to create text there is an additional cost of $20/letter.)

Optional but included: We can help create your Mailerlite account.

Set up an automated sequence containing up to 3 newsletters

(We will design these letters but you will need to provide the text + images you want us to use. If you want us to create the text there is an additional cost of $20/letter.)

Regular newsletter package - $49/letter

- We will design and write your monthly/weekly/daily newsletter according to your request.

- You decide the main things you’d like mentioned and we’ll create it + write the text for it.

- We can also add links + covers to up to 4 swaps (arranging swaps is not included) and create a survey. 

Also included: resending to un-opens after a few days. 

Add-on: It’s possible to add image creation + more swaps at an additional cost.

Mini newsletter package - $29/letter

- With this package we will create your newsletter and send it out for you while you provide the text and images you want used in it.

- We can also create a survey and add links + covers to up to 4 swaps.

Website Package

Perfect if you want a new website, a re-design, or regular updates made to your website.

With our website package we can create a new website for you using Wix or re-design/update your current one. We can also continuously update it with new releases and information. We don’t work with coding and instead build our websites in Wix using their program.

If you currently have your website on a different host site than Wix there’s still a chance we can work in it so please contact us and we'll do an assessment.

What we can do:

We can make a design as well as create the website. We can also update your current website if you’ve for example released new books, changed covers, or changed blurbs.

What we can’t do:

Build a website using code.

File Management Package

Perfect if you want help updating book files with for example new backmatter, help uploading books to retailers or other changes.

With this package we can:

- Help with updating book files if you have for example released a new book and need to update the backmatter in all of your books, or if you want to make other changes to the book. Please note that this is not a formatting service.

- Update book files, blurbs, covers, keywords and categories on retailers.

The price depends on volume of the work so please contact us for a price quote.
